Johns Hopkins Researchers - - We know vitamin D in foods like milk, fish, even
juice, prevents osteoporosis. But now there's new evidence it may also help keep you alive. Johns Hopkins Researchers
tracked more than 13-thousand patients for eight years and found people who had the lowest vitamin D levels had a 26%
higher chance of dying. Researchers say 10 to 15 minutes of sunlight a day can give a person an adequate amount of vitamin
D.
